Clinical notes
About the T/E2 ratio: The testosterone‑to‑estradiol ratio is used mainly in the context of male hormone optimisation and androgen replacement therapy. A commonly cited target range for men is 14–20 or higher (T in ng/dL ÷ E2 in pg/mL). Values below ~10 may suggest relative oestrogen dominance, while very high values may indicate low E2, which can also cause symptoms.
Important: Reference ranges vary between laboratories and assay methods (e.g., LC‑MS/MS vs immunoassay). This calculator is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always interpret hormone levels together with your symptoms, other lab results, and clinical context.
